I had a trip to lake como a month a go. It's true gem. I explored with a daily fairy 25 euro, most beautiful towns were Bellagio and Varenna. I had a stay in grand hotel in Bellagio I think for those searching cheap accommodation there are hostels.

Aw thank you so much! We went April 13-17 and it absolutely felt like the perfect time to go. Maybe a little chilly for swimming, but the flowers were fragrant and blooming big and the weather was perfectly moderate. Would definitely recommend going in spring!

We visited in late April, and honestly, it felt like the perfect time to go! If you want to swim or boat around more, May or early June would be a warmer time to go, but also more crowded. We loved all the virant spring flowers and greenery in April!

The train was nice and an easy 40 minutes, though it was a little crowded. The tickets were only $5.79 each! You should totally look into visiting this summer, it’s so pretty!
