enemy kassadin with seraphs roa and frozen heart was insanely tanky to the point of going in and living for at least 5 seconds vs 5 people and dealing 1000 hp with a charged ult

If you catch a glimpse of the items, Kassadin had Seraphs, RoA and Frozen Heart because all but Udyr were AD + Jinx built for lategame on a lategame champ. What is disgusting is that around the endgame, by getting a random assist automatically the enemy team has to retreat because she's on a rampage due to the passive.

In low elo where people can’t kite to save their lives or position well it isn’t great because she has no dashes. In high elo people position well and games aren’t just decided in 15 minute mental midget ff votes, and they play out a longer game which allows jinx the opportunity to scale to her spike

Because Jinx's passive is broken beyond belief due to how it gives you a lot of MS and AS for free, the later ramping up, on anything that you'd want to do as a player. Getting a single assist during a teamfight lets you reposition or chase with ease, and can turn the tide of a fight -- Q makes it super easy to play around spacing, and both W and E are good offensive and defensive tools. Mind you, these activate on anything that is big and you'd want to do, not just kills. Get a drake/baron? You get passive. Take turret with the team? They better retreat preemptively because you will chase them down. It's just unfair, and if you see a relatively well supported Jinx you'll notice she's just impossible to engage even if she's playing in the most mid, unskillful way possible.
