This was one video that truly did not need a person to walk around trying to look elegant. A total distraction. This place sells itself. Amazing. beautiful and flowing beautifully. Its every Mans dream home to showcase he has made it in life and every womans dream home to tell the Parents- see I told you I married well. hahaha. Either way whoever gets to live here are fortunate people in a world where good fortune is few and far between for most. I loved this video thank you its has inspited me to try and make my channel more successful.

CD 1 what view ??? ahhh ahhh .... for other apartments ??? beautiful apartment but so what if on both sides of the house, the view is on the houses. I prefer a normal flat but with an ocean or sea view!

grace Biscardi I agree, this flat, although lovely, is too sterile for my taste. The view out the window does not match the interior. It's supposed to be in a good part of town but it *looks* like it's in a seedy part of town if the view is anything to go by. Location. Location. Location.

@ Gareth Davies. Very good point and one I hadn't even thought about. I think the Alexa thing is really a status symbol even thought they aren't that expensive. It's really people signalling mostly to themselves that 'I don't switch on lights myself, something else does that for me on demand' I guess some people would get a kick out of that!

nice, tasteful, though i don't really see how its ultimate luxury, I could have a home like that in the north and I'm pretty sure I've seen those mugs in matalan :) and you can get a table and dining chair set similar to that from bright house :). A mirrors and chrome are just about in every house in yorkshire :) OMG! I actually have that duvet set! or something incredibly similar I got it from Duelm! So scratchy with all the bling on those pillows are just not practical lol
