I love that Phoenix’s gameplay style matches the ace attorney games at first you’re playing a losing battle where no matter what you do you feel like you’re at a disadvantage but when you finally find the decisive evidence or in this case turnabout mode you Completely crush the competition
And the mechanics are ABSURDLY specific: after getting all the evidence you need, you make the right objection at the right time. The music stops for a moment, then changes to this absolute banger while your opponent has a mental breakdown and takes the coup de grace that is JUSTICE!

Like if you make it too low, then phoenix wright becomes a god because you just quickly get 3 peices of evidence, (Whcih mind you is the main reason why Phoenix wright dies alot during competitve play), and go to courtroom phoenix, where you tac and land turnabout lol. Then he just proceeds to rape his oppenent with the finger

"Man or demon, all are equal under the law." I think people who haven't played the Ace Attorney games really underestimate how badass Phoenix Wright really is. Sure, he's a big goofball and has a bit of sass, but by God, the things this man has been through and seen in a court room... The best part? He triumphed them all.
Oh, not to mention the fact that he's completely non-discrimatory, and only calls out what he sees as being unjust. A man that TRULY believes in justice, and will fight for it even within a broken court system. This theme really captures Phoenix's true badassery.
I saw the live action movie and the part when he says that the job of the lawyer is to find the truth no matter what is the result was such a great scene. Is not about winning or losing but finding the truth...

You have to collect three good pieces of evidence (S + L, S + M, and S + H), go into courtroom mode (down + down + S) and then hit the opponent with an Objection (forward H on the ground, down H in the air) to get into Turnabout mode. Hope this helps!

What I love about Turnabout Mode is the obvious fear and desperation that overcomes your opponent by either him retreating or immediately activating X-Factor.

This song is pure erotica for us wright mains, it just radiates POWER. This man, who is LISTED IN THE GLOSSARY as having ALL stats at 1 other then int, which is 4, and yet all he needs is an objection, and you're fucked. Even a cosmic lord zero still BOWS DOWN to turnabout phoenix.
The music for when your opponent lvl 5 gets interrupted by Phoenix Wright breakdown and they rage quitted and makes you think like that was an Ace attorney breakdown
I still feel a perfect opportunity for a team was missed by the exclusion of Daredevil. Then there could have been a Court Room costume for him, as Matt Murdock, and you could have had an entire team of lawyers. I would have played that team every damn match.

Forget your team of a half demon hybrid with guns and swords, a demon with a fire head that can summon Armageddon itself, and a gigantic 14 foot robot with death lasers and mini nuke bombs! I'M A LAWYER!!!!!!
Fun fact: Wright actually has more health than two of those and ties with the third. This even makes sense if you've seen the stuff he survived in his own games (well, other than Sentinel having below-average health in general).
