You need only a turtle shell to make a potion of the turtle master, to obtain a scute, breed 2 turtles and wait for those turtle eggs to hatch. Honey bottles cure poison only. If you splash a negative potion or a positive potion on a creeper, then you make it explode, it leaves a lingering effect on the ground of the potion you threw at it.
