➡️This is a one bar Magicka Templar (MagPlar) PvP AND PVE Healer build for Elder Scrolls Online. It uses a very simple kit with a straight forward play style aimed at providing hard to obtain buffs for your group, huge healing, and big damage. This build works for all forms of PVP and PVE including Battlegrounds, Cyrodiil, Imperial City, CP, no-CP PVP, dungeons, and trials. One set of gear is all you need and every piece is very easy to obtain or craft.

➡️ALTERNATIVE OPTION: If you want more survivability (and an easier time in general) you can modify the build by dropping Seducer and using 4 heavy Eternal Vigor pieces with divine or impenetrable traits. Everything else will be the same. This will let you benefit more from heavy armor passives and Eternal Vigor will keep your sustain healthy with the loss of Seducer, while also helping with a bit of health recovery when you are low HP.

➡️SEDUCER vs. WRETCHED MATH (using same armor weights):
SEDUCER:
HASTY PRAYER: 4396 * .1 = 439.6 + [(258/2)] 129 recovery = 568.6 Magicka saved + restored per global.
BREATH OF LIFE: 4039 *.1 = 403.9 + [(258/2)] 129 recovery = 532.9 Magicka saved + restored per global.
Vs.
WRETCHED:
519 recovery /2 = 259.5 Restored per global.
Summary: In instances of spamming high cost abilities, Seducer is the better option for Magicka use. Due to the cost of Hasty Prayer and Breath of life, the main spammables for the build, Seducer is going to provide more room to spam higher cost abilities in tense moments.
The strength of Wretched is in its additional stamina sustain, of which we do not need for the build as Bear Haunch covers more than we need.
Seducer is not "better" than Wretched, but for this specific set up (when played correctly), it will provide more value.
