Speedy recovery and no long lasting effects mate. I caught it on 1st Nov. Clear by the 12th but I'm absolutely exhausted if I do the slightest thing. Plenty of rest

every character has a special "double jump" ability, for example; Egan, the character he is playing has a smash that will stun enemies around you. So to answer your question double jump to use the ability, and be warned that is does require a certain amount of mana to complete.
