I always carry Fishermen's Friends on any hike, trail, or even cold nights, they clear your airways as in lungs throat nose, also have the benefits of stopping colds sore throat etc. And if you have the luxury of going to Asia or Indonesia they come in So many flavours and are cheap. Original is still the best to clear the head when climbing.
