Hi Steph. Thank you for the inspiration. The storage you have from Kmart with the wheels. You have them the wrong way round. The wheels go at the back and the lip on the other end is actually the handle to slide them in and out. That little hole handle is for using if you remove the whole thing from the cupboard. It is much easier if you turn it around. 😊💕
So much easier to pull out when full using the lip too. You also need to lift them very slightly at the front when you pull them out to use the wheels at the back and not drag the container, I also used them incorrectly for a while until I realised there was only one set of wheels and they don’t work if their at the front 🤦🏼♀️
I have an ‘under shelf’ shelf and found it is the perfect size to organise alfoil, baking paper and cling wrap. Love your ideas and tips on organisation and especially where you get them all from. Thank you Steph.
Love it! This is the same size of my pantry. I’ve found I can fit one of the large Kmart rolling containers that you used on the bottom shelf and one of the narrower ones next to it. They are so handy to make use of the space all the way to the back. I need to redo my pantry. This has given me the motivation to get it done.
Hi steph, hope you're well correct me if im wrong, did uou say you store your potatoes in the fridge... i did that once then i heard that we are not supposed to as they go green and unhealthy.... maybe look into it more... but just wanted to let you know 😊
Depends on your climate… hot/humid areas need potatoes, onions, garlic in the fridge or they spoil faster than normal. Otherwise a cool, dry place is fine.
I did this with a cupboard I wanted to add extra shelves to. Bunnings cut them for me at no extra charge. No builder hubby needed, haha! Great way of utilising all the extra space.
