What kind of computer do you have that can spawn up to 13 cars without lagging? I have a HP Gaming laptop and it can only handle up to 3 cars without lagging.
I can already see 2 problems. HP and Laptop. If you want to be able to spawn more than 10 cars without lag, you'll need a pretty good desktop. I think YBR has a Threadripper or something, can't quite remember...
