The quality of this series just keeps surpassing it's predecessor with each upload!!! Such a refreshing take on the concept of solo traveling! It's really motivating for those who have desired to do it, yet have always had something blocking their journey!!! Keep em coming!!!
Hey!!! Scuba Diving looked so therapeutic..can you please do a detailed video on it...like cost and how to contact training centre? I am planning for a trip in dec 2022. Hopefully I will be able to manage my budget like you....
The vlog is good and detailed, but let me tell you one thing, I just visited Pondy last week and there is no such lake in Alankuppam. I also asked so many people in the village but nobody knew about it. I am not sure the place that is shown in the video is actually in Alankuppam
Hello Neha, thank you for this great informative video. Couple of question - is there a bus from Chennai airport to Pondi without going into the city? I am elderly and this is my solo trip so any other information would be greatly appreciated.
Very nice video. However, Pondicherry is a highly unsafe city for women considering tamil people living there. specially for north indian couple, the city is highly unsafe and being out after 7 pm in pondicherry is highly risky for women as molestation is very common with tamil people targeting tourist women. Couple and Families strictly avoid this town. Goa is safer.
Nothing silly about it. She loves to travel and see places. Solo travel for a woman in India is daring. Her indulgences are not extravagant. To each their own.
80% of the cost is always the flight, stay and scuba in Pondicherry. Just planned a trip end of Jan ! For a couple it's costing 75k Inc of flights, stay, scuba diving, food , scooty and miscellaneous expenses for a four day / three nights trips.
This is not like usual vlogs of Pondicherry .... Its different... One who listen to you, will definitely like to visit Pondicherry... Your explanation is clear and superb... ❤️
Fantastic video 👍 Thanks for sharing 😊 Pondicherry & Auroville are wonderful places. I'll make a small correction (if you don't mind) -- The Auro Card is not a separate currency. It's a prepaid card to facilitate transactions inside Auroville 🤗
Bansuri Beach Resorts near Sandunes is one of the best. Very close to the Beach, Classy. I stayed there during my vacation to Pondicherry. Its very rare to have such resorts very close to a famous spot, with such facilities at a budget price. Also it provides free entry to Sandunes❤❤❤. Must go 😍😍
I want to go back to Pondicherry again. Maybe in September or October, my last budget with Chennai, Pondicherry and Mahabalipuram was just under 15k to and from Mumbai by flight. But before that North East India.
@@shubhanshishelar747 15k I am saying is with flights to and from Mumbai to Chennai. Use public transport wherever and whenever possible, avoid auto rickshaws, sometimes it can be expensive, instead these days use bike share if you are alone, Ola and Uber have bike share options. Try local food, stay in hostels - best part about this is you meet people from different places and sometimes at least in my case it is the bestest thing. Purchase local products. Only place I didn't find hostel options was in Mahabalipuram where I had to stay in a proper hotel room. Travel off season, you might get flights and stay for comparatively lower rates. Also some hostels have kitchens where they let you cook and if you are lucky you will get to enjoy some hostel events, I did enjoy a barbeque in my Chennai hostel on my very 1st day of my 2nd trip. If you are Chennai, use public bus, sometimes, especially for women you will get to ride for free. Max fare I have paid is Rs 13 for a 1 way ride. I have have traveled by metro as well, best option from Chennai Airport. Planning a trip back but maybe in October.
Really loving ur vlogs just one suggestion as a supporter Quality of video (specially selfie shots ) needs to be more high and vlog will turn out more beautiful 😻
Hi Neha, loved your take on Pondy, was curious to know about bus trip from Hampi to Chennai, since I am planning for Hampi from Chennai. It would be great if you let me know the bus service name and your bus experience all the way from Hampi.
Hi Neha ! Great work. Liked the way you have approached the idea of moving around with ease and least hassle. More power to you. Subscribing right away !!!!
Hey Arfia, I visited Pondicherry in the month of April. Best time to visit is normally November - March. The rest of the time it’s either raining or is too hot. Hope that helps :)

I'm planning to visit Pondicherry on Aug 12 is it good idea to visit in August ? I'm afraid my trip will be floo due to rains. Please tell me should I visit in Aug or not.
Neha , thanks for sharing this . I have been to pondi twice but your video makes me want to go there one more time 😊. Nice summary of places to visit , budget friendly recommendations for stay and specialties . Thanks
Agreed but guys dont mislead put total cost as that is imp… its like tumhara CTC 10lakhs hai tax aur other cut karke 7 lakhs take home. Thats not done.
