I purchased my p u r filter picture and today will be my 2-month mark where I am replacing the filter and I could not figure out how to get the first filter out before swapping it with the new one. I appreciate the instructions step by step in your video and it helped me to change my filter for me to continue to enjoy the p u r picture system. Thanks so much
Good point! The advanced filter, the bigger one that removes iron, etc., does need to be soaked first for 15 minutes. The smaller/cheaper ones, like I show in the video, don't.
