joongki was obviously interested in her in the beginning but his fans made him retreat to protect jihyo from the hates and he seems like hesitant because of monday couple. towards the middle at last he became monday couple supporter too :')
It’s so obvious he really liked her. The way he looks at her just says it all. And those scenes where he “acted” like he was confessing felt so genuine. I got goosebumps watching the one where they were on the train and they had to raise Ji Hyo’s heartbeat (Ep 15). It really seems like he took that opportunity and actually said what he genuinely felt to her then kissed her on the cheek. And whenever the game gets physical like the photo game, he always go after her. He also always want to be on her team. Then in the 2010 SBS Entertainment Awards, he won an award and mentioned her name saying how she should’ve gotten the award instead because of how hard she worked. He tried really hard to create a stable love line with her but sadly had to compete with Gary💀 And along with his toxic fans that sent Ji Hyo mean comments, the Song Song couple had to switch to Song Song Siblings. In Ep 27, Joong Ki dragged Ji Hyo to stand next to him in a game, Ji Hyo then said “I’ll get 100,000 antis”. Which explains why we don’t really see any romantic interactions between Ep 30-41. And why she chooses Gary more often than Joong Ki, because if people support the Monday Couple more, Ji Hyo won’t get shipped with Joong Ki anymore and she won’t get hate. It’s really sad, I always think about how if the Monday Couple didn’t exist, they Song Song couple could be the main love line in the show. Or if the toxic fans didn’t ruin it, we could’ve had a longer cute love triangle moment with Gary, Ji Hyo, and Joong Ki even though he would still leave later on.
Joong Ki and Kwang Soo are the best. They took care of their noona very well. Joong Ki has left running man and Kwang Soo gonna left running man soon. Looking at how much they love each other made me sad knowing that they will leave RM one by one. 11 years of running man full of memories that they should remember to be told to their future children. My hope is to see Gary and Joong Ki comeback again to RM as a guest at least. Comeback on the last day of kwang soo's in RM. I'm crying while writing this. -18 Mei 2021-

I miss the original songsong couple. the way joonki always wants to be with jihyo and that they are so comfortable with each other hits me hard but because of those haters jihyo suddenly creates boundaries between them. I don't know what's the problem with them and why do they hate joonki being with jihyo. I will always love this couple even tho they didn't really become a couple in real life because of those haters.

At first they were song-song couple but because of haters they didn’t push through then they made it as song-song siblings and they push the Monday couple. Still didn’t know why they hate Ji hyo for Jongki that time, if you watch the early episodes you can see how much they “like” each other.
I always loved this Song-Song couple and how Jihyo seemed okay with the ship with Joongki and Monday couple to me looked very forced, like a couple work and that's it. I never saw Jihyo truly happy with that ship. It was weird.

Gary didnt have a thing or crush for her.. From the start the boys who liked jihyo is jongkook (only 1 episode) n haha (before he married). As u can see, gary does not have a crush on her, its just that they decided to create monday couple only gary started throwing pickup lines.. I wonder why pd choose gary instead of haha? And songsong couple its a shame too... Wish they have more moments 😢😢
Nahh, Gary definitely liked her especially in the early days. He seems to really care about her and he'd do things instinctively for her without even noticing. You'd notice it whenever Jaseuk or the other members pointed it out and that's when Gary would remember that they're in a show.
