Baby I’m 29 and I get it! Hormones will take a toll on you. I used to cry for NO REASON and when I couldn’t identify why or what the issue was I cried more! Hormones are the devil 😭 I haven’t had this feeling in a while but my birth control type played a part too! Pray and take it day by day it’s literally a wave ❤
I understand! i been kinda cranky lately as well, and i just kept saying i just wanna change my eating habits. i feel all the stuff I eat literally and it doesn’t even take a month for me to feel it , it comes literally the next day! So girl i feel you! Ima change the way i eat. I been changing it everyday now :)

She’s experiencing separation anxiety and some sort of depression as well because in a way she was mentally prepared for the break up but now she went through it it’s triggering a lot on top of the confusion but she recognizes it and that’s the first to getting better. Saria please check to see if you have Pcos. I have PCOS and it’s a hormone imbalance and you get inregular period and have cyst and etc. I’m not saying that you have this but check to be sure. Love yaaa❤️

I did that before to a guy I was dating and felt so bad 😣 Sometimes it’s nothing you can do but apologize afterwards Lol sometimes I hate being a girl we go through so much and these guys go through so little and really DO NOT be understanding us, but these guys also could do a little more for us in those times & in general and just be there for us, emotionally and sometimes we PMS because they’re already not doing something right and then we just be fed up at that moment and say it 🤷🏽♀️ but I’m happy you guys made it work 🫶🏾
