This new Ultimate universe is very good, the idea of the heroes being alone in a world completely taken over by the Thinker is very good to keep everyone without knowing what might happen or which characters might appear. One of the best Spider-Man in recent times
I landed a brand spanking new softcover collection of Spiderman Reign today! This weekend I’m getting a burrito and Rockstar, sitting down and reading it.
I absolutely love the scenes with his daughter, this is the Spider-Man that I would want to read, seeing that great relationship between them is wonderful.
The buzz on the internet in January got me to buy in on this….. I’ve got every variant for those first 7 or 8 issues and still going…… it’s insane that I’ve filled nearly two short boxes with 8 issues…. Also, that first issue is into its 7th or 8th printing, I believe. Insane !
I wouldn’t mind marvel doing a dc crisis or flashpoint type event that actually modernizes everything but this is the closest we will get to anything like that. I’m loving the run and Pete finally gets a happy family with mj. (Would like to see Pete and Gwen for next time)
I'm really enjoying this series. I was going to drop it after issue 3 or 4 but it rebounded nicely and is a great read. Thanks to my LCS for recommending it.
I really dig this type of video where you go through a series and summarize it. Personally, I can never keep up with comics. I need to read it all at once - otherwise I'm re-reading books again and again and again
I have been digging this & the Ultimates. I just dropped Ultimate Black Panther after issue 7, but im just glad these different universes exists to give me a chance to read something different, since im not into the main 616 runs. #staylegendary brother & much ❤
I’m going to pick this trade up, I copped the first issue and was very bored with it. But, I trust your takes. You’re one of the main reasons I read through all of Berserk.
So far I've been really enjoying Ultimate Spider-man new run. I do think the action is a little slow right now, but the writing is really great. Hopefully, the pace will pick up soon, and we can have action and solid writing together in again in a Spider-man run, which unfortunately that has been missing for long time.

Really looking forward to getting this trade. I've only read the first few that are up on Marvel Unlimited, but I've really dug it. I bought Ultimate Invasion on the Kindle store, but haven't read it yet. I really hope this new USM run'll get at least an OHC right after the new year ( _seems about time when that would come around, maybe?_ ). edit: Man... what a great thing to have been said about you. Thanks for this. I've been interested but unsure if I wanted to actually read this. I collect Amazing Spider-Man comics so starting a new universe sometimes can turn into an expensive addiction 😂. I will grab this Paperback instead of single issues for now.

Because the maker made a new universe and retroactively made it to where there was no heroes. Went back in time in said universe and prevented the spider from biting Peter Parker. It’s not the same ultimate universe as the one that began 20 years ago. I suggest you go back and read ultimate invasion, ultimate universe and after that you can go on to ultimate Spider-Man, black panther, x-men and ultimates. Very cool and fresh takes
Another comic where they make Spidey look piss weak again. A fat guy with no powers, just a normal human fighting 2 superheroes that can lift up a bus and (should really be a building) beating them is a joke. What are they? Are they super heroes or not? When it suits the story I suppose. Spidey with super speed and strength getting beat up by a fat unhealthy slow guy is pathetic and I'm sick of it in the 616 too. Lets see how battered we can make spidey this time round. It boils my piss.
