My area its bluegill ALLL DAY! Not many bullshad colored species where I fish. Rep'n Flair's state! Big Red. Texas is awesome too though!

He Cant be NonBias and compare a Googan Contender and a Baby Bull Shad .. I mean think about who in there right mind would have another companies lure beat there companies Lure?? Thats like asking Gary Yamamoto compare his 5 inch vs another leading lure's 5 inch ofcourse he isnt going to say the competition is better that would be Dumb!

@@killingyouwithlogic5808 bro lojo has said googan baits/catch co have disappointed him if there is ever a nonbias opinion lojo doesnt try to mislead people in his videos he really trys to show everyone there are different colors for different places and timing is the big factor no hate here but the lojo family will always point out issues in comments if there has ever been a non biased opinion lojo will straight say ive had better lures even if he's not sponsored by the company

Always keep some of these guys around. Was the only jr swimbait id really use until the contender came out. Jr contender and this thing here are amazing baits. You can throw them pretty much anywhere and on any rod for the most part. Very very versatile.

It’s situational when picking colors, that water looks dirty and murky. Figured the bright color would be more visible but a darker bait has good contrast. Both of the colors have produced for me a few different times, “comeback season baby!”. I used the small bluegill contender while my nephew used a crappie bullgill in clear water, they both did well for a small bluegill feeder pond with each of us getting five or so fish. Love the comparison video

Fishing last week with soft plastic shad in a green color, and the bass hit it almost every cast. You should do a video fishing ultra light rig spooled with upholstery thread for bluegill. the drag has to be set just right..

I love those baits, last summer I caught three monster channel cat’s on them. Bass fishing at a small pond around 4:30 am. These cat’s were feeding on hundreds of dead brim that were floating near the bank.

I actually got a bullshad just before Christmas and I’ve only used it once and I really only made a cast or two just to see how it looked and man I can’t wait to actually use it forreal but I forgot the color I got but it’s the more silverish color with a hint of some purple in it, looks super fire forsure but I think it was something shad I can’t remember the first name but American shad maybe or something along those lines or threadfin shad possibly

Another way soon as you cast, tighten the line while lifting the rod upwards. Then jerk again while it's on the surface. It'll create motion on the surface, possibly could attract fish on the surface out far that you might not see or you scare because of the initial slash of the bait hitting the water. Works well in tight rivers and ponds.

Fished with this lure about a week ago and had 3 and 4 pounders chasing it all the way to the bank on almost every cast... would swipe at it occasionally when I would kill it or twitch it but I couldn't get them hooked up... gonna try it again next time I got out

I have the mike bucca baby bullshad, I got it in my first mtb. I was using this lure top water just straight retrieving slow enough to stay on top of water.

When lojo calls a bait the best and it is a catch co brand and/or Googan (also a catch co brand). Then mentions Karl’s (owned by Catch Co) like it’s something special. The level of bias in LOJOs videos is crazy. For once, I would love a video that was not LOJO talking about how amazing products that he either has financial ownership in, or are from a company that has a direct impact on the company he has ownership in since catch co and googan are involved together.
