If you search the internet deep enough, you shall find archives of forbidden footage. Footage, recorded by a certain religious terrorist organisation. If you find it, then you shall know what a shotgun can do to the human head from less than one meter away... in super slow motion. But beware! What was seen, cannot be unseen.
Same as in Dayz. Love the Saiga in that game unlike most. Always nice to eliminate multiple targets at once. Or not, depending on the round you have at that moment. But there's plenty where that came from :p
I almost dropped my shit when I saw the StopKham logo on Brandon's t-shirt. In actual Russian. For those who don't know, the sign literally means "I don't gove a damn about anyone, I park my car where I want". It was usually used by a social movement as a big sticker for windshields of cars that are parked inappropriately and obstruct the movement of other vehicles in the area
Yeah that was classic. Brandon, you should do a reaction video to the СтопХам videos where they pull out guns. How have you not done this already? The one where the security guy gets out of his car with an AK, I mean, seriously, viewing gold right there...
I bought a Saiga-12 by accident. It sounds ridiculous, but that's exactly how it was (in Russia it is very difficult and takes a long time to issue a permit for the purchase of weapons, they don't do it by chance!). The time was coming to update the Roha (permit for the storage and carrying of weapons) on my Murka (semi-automatic mr-155 12 caliber). I spent a long time digging into Public Services and started the process of obtaining a license to buy a smoothbore. Then I figured it out, I did everything right. As a result, I received a new green leaf (a permit for the purchase of smoothbore hunting weapons, such a green document) and a new Rocha (what it is I explained earlier). I started the process on a pink piece of paper (permission to purchase hunting rifled weapons). Everything went fine and I became the owner of CZ 550 in 308 caliber. It's been almost half a year. My green paper will die safely in a week (the validity period of the permit is 6 months). It is necessary to take it if you did not use it or not, it is not clear. I went into the store and saw a Saiga-12 in a sports kit, new and very inexpensive! So I accidentally got Saiga-12. I apologize for the translation errors. All claims to my computer!
Some guys like 9 or 10 years ago at American specialty ammo did it, the fire rate with a short-barrel was like double that of the aa12.Its ridiculous..
@@SuperIcarusman I can see why. The AA12 is reduced rate by design. That long stroke that redirects try recoil impulse down instead of back into your shoulder. It seems like a much longer action. And of course it's to reduce the recoil and slow it down to a manageable rate because 12 gauge kicks. I bet that FA saiga/vepr 12 you saw was hard to control on full auto.
I like to Imagine Brandon showing up to desert brutality with an AK-74m (and or AK-12) as his rifle, a saiga 12 for the shotgun and a stockless krinkov as his side arm...just "Do I have AK, Yes I have AK"

My dad bought a Saiga about 10 years ago and absolutely ruined it by having the OEM mag well changed for some straight insert replacement mag well that requires users to molest the magazines with a dremel. I still haven't forgiven him
I had one of those UTG rails. I think it's in a box somewhere now. I took it off and replaced it with a Chaos rail on my Saiga-12. Also, the AGP Arms 10 round magazines I think are still out there and they work amazingly well. Way better than the Promags. For the drums, if you can find MD Wraiths, they work well.
#akgnotificationsquad while I sit here, my stomach in knots, possibly having gallstones, I'm able to laugh at your content every upload Brandon. I know I said this last video, but thank you for all the content. Get a SPAS-12 tho!
My favorite Saiga setup is running the drum with a different shell in every slot. Call it the "Box of Chocolates", because you'll never know what you'll get. #akgnotificationsquad
@@andreivaldez2929 That's what I was thinking, having everything exposed sounds like a great way for everything to get dirty. Though the satisfaction of watching the shells feed outweigh any impracticality for me.
@@SpaceRanger187 You realize with a population like Tarkov's, if 1 streamer and 15 randos come up with an idea on the same day, most people will attribute it to the streamer right? Calm down. Nobody's losing bread over credit for the nickname.
Zenitco has a 45 degree adapter for their vertical grip. I put it on my rpk and it made all the difference when using drums. Shout out to the homie Slavic_Rambo for that btw!
There's a mission where you need to kill some number of PMCs with either a saiga or shotguns. I started using the saiga with larger mags and AP slugs. I clapped dudes with way way better gear than me and that setup became my ultimate gear farming setup. Dirt cheap.
Man, Brandon's gunbroker addiction is getting terminal. He might have acquired the saiga elsewhere but I'm sure most of the upgrades were on gunbroker. Keep up the nut slapping content
Tarkov is one of those games I want to try at some point, but would be afraid it'll suck me into yet another abyss of playing a game that I hate because it's just good enough to keep playing.
I've wondered since high school how hard it would be upgrade a Saiga or aa12 from 12 gauge to,10 gauge, or if your a real madman 8 gauge. I understand that it would be wildly impractical but having had the idea I can not forget it.
