Dude you gave in the specs for a "desktop" variant of cpu and gpu. Laptop cpus and gpus use way less power, and gaming laptops are generally 150-200watt rated while some office laptops may go as low as 45 watts. Desktops on the other hand will go much higher. Talking about the i9 variant for desktop, i9-14900k draws 125 watt at base usage and as much as 230watts ar turbo, and this is just the cpu. The gpu draws even more, a 4080 super can draw about 320watts, while a 4090 can draw 450 watts alone.

The site you shared tells about PSU/SMPS which is needed to power all the components. Your video says UPS which is an external power supply and is different from SMPS/PSU inside the computer. Also you are using laptop but entering desktop specs.

bhai main new pc banane vala hu ryzen 5 5600G coolermaster 550w power supply nvme 500Gb ke sath to muje ye doubt he ki agar main apne pc ko direct calau to vo power cut hone par oc kharab ho jaega kya crusial 500gb nvme aur hard disk 1 TB ke sath mere ghar par inverter aur ups nhi he muje backup ke liye nhi chaiye bas muje pc safe rakna he to uske surge protector vala extension use karu kya mere area me jyda light nhi jati he kabhi kabar jati he din 1-2 bar to muje pc safe rakne ke liye ups lagana padega kya tumne kya kiya tha??
