Here I give you a tour of my Toyota proace, showing you how I set up all my tools in the van to be as efficient as possible. #garden #vanlife #buisness #gardener
Enjoyed your van tour. It looks like a well organized setup. I'm in lawn care as well and have a Chevy 2500 Express van and would not want you to see how unorganized it is but I hope to fix that before March 2024 growing season. Now go buy yourself a new rake my friend because that one hanging up has seen better days lol. Mike from Alabama
Great video! This has given me some good starting points to organising my van. Also don't forget, waste removal can be charged for and is a fantastic way to create more revenue for the same effort. Will stay tuned for more vids! Thanks again
Thanks mate, and waste can definitely be profitable, I charge per tonne bag when I do remove waste. The charge will cover waste disposal, fuel and money for my time. I just find most of the gardens I’m in don’t need waste removed, which is why I’ve gone with a slightly smaller van 🙂 I think if waste removal was a bigger part of what I did, I’d of gone for a slightly bigger van, or add a trailer to this one 🙂
Sinilar layout i have vivaro LWB. Rack on left , long power tools on right and mowers/machinery etc access through side door . Noce to see such efficiency utilising space
Very good 👍. How one's van is set up or organised is an exteralisation of one's mindset. Order always saves time. Commendable. Jim from J.S.G.S N.IRELAND.
Thanks mate! I’m going to add a second one on the roof this year.. really handy way to get tools off the floor and out the way.. yet still easy to access 🙂
So great to see a craftsmans van tour. unfortunately you seem to have chosen a lot of the wrong brand ; ) for your battery trimming needs. great video chap.
Thanks mate! 😂😂 Don’t worry, I’ve added a bit of makita blue recently.. which is the brand you must be referring too 🤔 surely wouldn’t be that lighter coloured orange 😉
A really well thought out setup, Intresting to see another husquvarna battery equipment user. I really rate the husquvarna kit and find it holds up and performs well. I recommend the husquvarna battery blower, so mutch easier than a fuel one and no noise for clients working from home. I think I spotted some tobisho curved shears in your bag, absolutely sublime to use, and so light and sharp.
Hi I loved your van tour straight clean set up. Question what security have you got on the van to protect it from van theft which is a massive issue in the uk
Excellent van setup my friend! I have a Citroën nemo and I would love a setup like this!! Unfortunately I live in SW France and its hot down so the van doubles up as a carrier for our 2 labradoodles as we put them in the back when they are soggy lol! I am looking for some kind of lightweight frame so I can remove it easily when needed! Go in peace my friend and again, very informative video..... Dave de Montesquiou :)
pretty simlar to the dispatch, I prefer the double storage instead of the pass through on the passenger seat. Looks like you have loads of room for more tools and well organised
Damn, my van is a mess! It is a bit smaller, being an NV200, but i can get everything I need in the back of it. Sod's law is that whatever I need though, is always underneath everything else!😂
Morning mate, how have you got on with the Toyota? I do prefer the Japanese vehicles but I’m aware they are more expensive to repair. I’m planning to get a LWB van this year either Toyota like yourself or Transit Custom…
Hey mate! Got on really well so far, but only had it a year, and was brought with only 13,000 miles on the clock and in very good condition, so also early days at the moment 🙂 but lovely to drive and very good on fuel 👌
Two years in and no restrictions so far. Ample of space for the machinery I use and waste (if required) too 🙂 all depends on what you do, if I did lawns and lawn care then this would be too small for me 🙂
