hello, I recently purchased the D50. everything is fine but I wanted to know if it could be the LEDs because the word ARC always appears written in LED even when the screen is off. THANKS.

The D50 doesn't support Dolby Atmos.

Hy i need help . I just got mine . And it works with hdmi e-arc but just in RU-vid . Disney + and tv program does not work just with Bluetooth .

outstanding video mate, I love how you showed the actual size of the system too so I was able to get some little shelves ready. thank you,as the whole video was a bit help to me and I just ordered the D60 system for my little 11ft by 10ft front room. I was wondering though, do you think it would be possible to change the rear speakers for some slightly better quality Dolby Atmos speakers that also have upward drivers, this is something I was thinking about doing but don’t want to break anything.. If you want Dolby Atmos speakers that also have upward drivers, you can consider connecting two 3-4 ohm speakers in series to share a single channel. Please ensure that the impedance matches our 6-8 ohm amplifier output. Keep in mind that any DIY modifications should be done carefully to avoid damaging your equipment. Please review the warranty terms for your D60 system to ensure your modifications won't void the warranty. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out. Sadly I think I am going to have to return the unit to ultimeauk on Amazon as I think my system is faulty, the rear speakers are quite crackly but also the sound cuts out quite intermittently but very frequently, it does it no matter what settings I use on the soundbar but also on my TV too and it does it with both the optical cable and the earc cables supplied, it’s very frustrating but I understand that these things happen.

Hello. Will there be any upgrade to the subwoofer n rear speakers in the future? I bought the D50 after watching YTuber’s reviews n I found that the subwoofer didn’t hv the “punch”, n rear speakers were weak too hence I returned it.

@@ultimea_offcial it’s a 12x15 feet Family room ,right size , so the Nova S80 5.1.2 subwoofer n rear speakers are different than the Poseidon D50? I don’t want to buy it n then find out that it’s too weak…I shall check the reviews. Thanks
