Ultra-man is actually a DC character. Also, Red King is in the manga. Which is pretty good

The other one has a different paint job, right? And the other one also LACKS the alternate (helmetless) head?

It is missing the head, but I think the paint job is mostly the same. This version also came with the spectium blades with the swiping effect while the original just had stagnate blades.
