Questios for the tingles since I don't get them from videos: I get a good sensation that's, *i* would describe as tingles like when someone whispers close in my ear and especially if they're resting their chin on or near my shoulder... Is that similar to the tingles u get from the videos

Hey Cap, I'd love to thank you for the relaxation after a week (approximately) in the hospital and an emergency procedure. I'm on the mend but I have to go through yet another procedure and I get brain scan results tomorrow. These ASMRs with scissors and cutting seem to make the most tingles in my brain. That and spraying noises. I don't know why but Haircuts... lol. Thank you so much for putting my brain in happyland for yet another time. It's very much appreciated. Also the endings where you thank your community are the sweetest things. Your community is nothing without you as well. I'll be taking headphones with me into my next procedure (or two if the brain scan shows I need to have that done too.) The ASMR community is amazing and I'm thankful for everyone I've crossed in it.

I have the worst insomnia I have ever had in my life the past week. For some reason I get overly stressed about things and I cannot fall asleep no matter how early I go to bed. I have been awake for HOURS just rolling and flipping back and forth. I’ve tried medicine but I don’t want to get hooked- basically the only way I’d fall asleep is on the medicines- I don’t want that. I just wanna be able to sleep at night. I get off video games and tv when I feel sleepy and still when I go to bed I just cannot SLEEP. I have work in a couple hours and haven’t slept a single second. I went to bed at roughly 2 AM and it’s 6:06 AM now. I turned my phone off for an hour early and still couldn’t sleep. I’m wide awake. Help me please
