Sister appreciate your video. It loooks like starch is removed but actually it doesn't. The water below is not real starch. most of the starch content has been absorbed by the rice during the cooking process. Once the rice is cooked and when you drain the starch water it has different colour and the consistency is different. Take note that this appliance does not really remove the starch from rice and it may not be good for older people and diabetic patience. The cooker does not do a good job.
Cooker is always a cooker it does it purpose, this is not removing starch, I went through other' videos as well, tq i get to know about its performance before buying
I saw this bucket- like thing in Amazon today and wondered it was..I thought it maybe for immersing pressure cooker inside it to remove water strain from cooker. 😀 After watching this video, I have understood its purpose. But why not simply boil rice in water likely we normally do and drain the rice water?
