yeah, i think beerus is a god for 100 million years by now and still hasnt mastered ultra instinct. Goku trained for it what? Like 1 year, two years? (If you consider all the whis training as preparation). Btw: I am actively excluding all the training goku did before meeting whis as beerus probably was a top tier fighter and one of the strongest mortals in the multiverse before he even became a god
You gotta understand bro, this is literally called the Tournament of Power . Every body here is strong in their own way . Also remember Goku been fighting while tired, breaking his limits every time . Thats literally the reason he kept being able to transform into his other forms even after being tired . Also Vegeta and Goku both achieved SSB at the same time . Goku didnt get that form before Vegeta they both had trained and got it at the same time .
idk if u9 were that strong though... people complain that everyone in the tournament is blue level but it's really not true, most of them get cooked by ssj2 level power, base goku was holding off ribrianne and vegeta used ssj1 against her

Beerus was a little unhappy , because he himself hasn't mastered it yet. Tho that doesn't make him stronger than beerus since beerus in his base is like million times stronger than goku and we are yet to see beerus's full power.

He didn’t transfer it into his own energy he used it to replenish his depleted body. In other words he was so depleted that the energy from the spirit bomb was used to replenish that
Ultra Instinct is a form that anyone can achieve in theory, its not a Saiyan power, its a state of body and mind where all focus is on the battle, like when you Get Into The Zone when you are trying to do something, and it just flows and works, Ultra Instinct is just that state, but in total control of it, like taking control of your own lucid dreaming. But Saiyans are capable of absorbing and adopting different energy types and symbiotically merging it with their own Saiyan energy, like SSJ God is a gifted power provided by other Saiyans, and then SSJ Blue is that same God Energy mixed with Super Saiyan energy, so in other words, Kefla cant go SSJ Blue unless she has been gifted God Energy, to then later fuse it with Super energy. But SSJ3 is totally something she could pull off, Caulifla went from Base Saiyan to Legendary Fused SSJ2 in the space of two days, a total prodigy, and Kale is a freak of nature.
Umm you do realise there's two ways of achieving SSJ God, one which you already mentioned gifted power by other saiyans, and the other way which is what Vegeta did was train to learn god ki from whis to achieve SSJ God.

The spirit bomb energy broke his ceiling, the kefla fight just pushed him into that state. They are different, but I doubt Kefla would have triggered it without the Spirit bomb happening first. Also this is the most beautiful Kamehameha in all of dragon ball.
he has written so much more after super ended, plus the manga is going to continue since he was only giving the ok for the manga before he died so he already has dragon ball under the hands of someone he trusts and it will continue to drop more chapters
I remember those theories that said goku uses defensive ultra instinct and vegeta will use offensive ultra instinct and then they will fuse to “master it” and defeat jiren
i'm really hoping there are fans out there that haven't seen ultra ego but it's still probably well known enough that it won't break the internet like ui did, hope it still gets a good theme though

Stop Tien and Krillin hate, but anyways, difference between potara and fusion dance, is in the fusion dance you have to match each other’s power level, where as the potara doesn’t require that, so Gokhan could’ve been a thing in this ark, but saiyans would rather have the dignity of fighting as one and having that satisfaction, rather than having to fuse and having their fusion take someone down.
Bro, Gotenks would have been a perfect pick. The ToP is 48 minutes and the fusion dance lasts 30 minutes, send them in as a glass cannon tbh! Much better pick than other options!
The manga is two arcs ahead of the anime and the anime doesn't appear to be getting an adaptation any time soon so I'd recommend watching a summary of them after the ToP :) Also the ToP and Goku black arcs in the manga are quite different so you might want to check that out too!

Beerus can also do a form of UI. But not to the same degree as Goku. He's anxious because its something that not even he himself has mastered. As however the form appears is heavily based upon one's mastery of oneself.
Ultra instinct is a technique, not a form. Also the other destroyers can't learn it and/or it's hard for them to learn it because a destroyer must always think of destroying in order for their destroyer powers to work. Where as Ultra Instinct is a technique which demands its users to be fully and completely emotionless and detached (please correct me if I'm wrong). Also ultra instinct has many higher levels of power and with the mastery Goku has over it until now, he won't be able to best a destroyer in a serious fight

I think bringing in Goten and Trunks wouldv been a bad idea. Remeber when they fought against Buu? They got way too over confident and rushed to fight Buu cause they were stronger now and they got clapped each time they fought him. I think the same wouldv happened here so Goku and Vegeta new they would be bad pics since they just go OFP and lose 99.9999999999999999% of the time
And if i remember right DBS takes place between the end of Buu and the final Tournament in DBZ were Goku flys away with Buu go its not like Goten and Trunks wouldv matured so much by then.
You can’t fuse two fusions as far as I know, or would probably cause issues with the split up or something. Would be fun to have Vegito and Kefla merge though. Jiren would definitely respond to that.

Piccolo is LEAD ahead of goten and trunks and krillin got the experience plus they are just kids thats trying to have fun🤦😭 woulda been a terrible mistake cs they obvi woulda survived longer than krillin perhaps but out just like he did
For the love of god I dont know how many times this needs to be said, but strength alone doesnt mean ANYTHING in this tournament, Goten and Trunks would get clapped because theyre INEXPERIENCED. TIen, Krillin and definitely Roshi could clap either one of them even if they fused. You noticed when they were fighting Buu all t hey did was play around and do immature stupid shit, made up special attacks instead of fighting for real and got clapped. Like Cell even said about their buff Super saiyabn forms, strength dont mean shit if you cant hit your target. Imagine a 6 year old had the strength to win ANY fight with one punch.... its still a 6 year old.. your telling me that you, as a normal adult human being couldnt stop that 6 year old from landing that punch and knock his ass out before he could touch you? That would be what having Goten and Trunks here would be like

And in an intense battle royale it would be very tough to smoothly pull off the fusion dance, and that would risk them to be in a weaker form for most of the tournament. I know that he is not going to believe that Tien nor Krillin and maybe not belive Roshi could beat Goten or Trunks. Then he is going to complain that why ChiChi and Bulma should let them train when they are fking kids. Also when training is not the same as experience.
Well okay, thats only because Super completely threw power levels out of the window. I remember Krillin using his kienzan on Cells neck and it did absolutely nothing. Or when android 19 punched Vegeta in the face and all thats happened was a lil blood coming from his mouth. It was properly scaled. But in Super they decided to get rid of that which makes irrelevant characters relevant again. It honestly doesnt make any sense. Experience is good and important and all but if this was dbz, it wouldnt do nothin. You could be as smart and experienced as you can, but a low power level still means that your attacks should literally bounce off. In other words, none of the humans should even be able to damage base Goku at all. Because the power gap is that big. At least thats what would be logical in dbz. But again, it has been thrown out the window. I personally think its a fine decision and I dont mind it but I dont like how people try to justify it. It is illogical, or rather it does not follow what the prequels have laid out.
@xTetsu if that were true then explain why in Z Vegeta yelled for Napa to move to avoid Krillin's destructo disc so he wouldn't get decapitated. According to what you just said Nappa should've been able to take that destructo disc to the neck like it was just someone throwing a rock. Also considering the tournament of powers rules, even if what you said was true, power level would mean NOTHING here as the goal isn't to beat your opponent to submission but just ring them out. You could have a power level of 0 and get someone whoa power level is 1000000 if you're far smarter than them and way more experienced. For example Roshi evil containment then just tossing the jar over the edge. Your power level wouldn't matter in that case, that would work on anybody no matter who they were and what your power level was (if they were evil)

Krillins Disk cut off Friezas tail in his second form. The power gap was also enormous. Tbh I have no idea why it worked on Frieza and didnt on Cell. I can only assume it has to do with the gap in power. My point is that there is no one who just walks up to someone, picks them up, walks them towards the ring out, and simply throws them off like a pebble. Ofc anyone in that tournament could pick someone up strength-wise but its not gonna happen. Because you cant just do that if youre weaker. Youd get punched immediately and at some point you are incapable of moving, resulting in your ring out. Dont forget that the power of ones person consists of not only strength but also speed. If you are stronger than somebody, you are automatically faster. That rule has been proven in dbz in pretty much every single fight. Unless youre using something that reduces your speed, ofc. Like Trunks did vs semi-perfect Cell. Mafuba is absolutely fair. Its a technique that doesnt require strength. It bypasses literally anything that would otherwise matter. I mean, you can even trap Gods with it apparently. But Im not talking about any of those techniques, Im talking about cases where people are outmatched and shouldnt be able to do anything. Like Krillins Kamehameha being able to match Goku blues Kamehameha. Its so ridiculous. "He wasnt going all out" is not an argument imo. Like what, you telling me Goku used 0.01% of his strength? Cause im pretty sure thats how much hed have to hold back at least. But holding back in percentages has never been a thing for our heroes. Only Frieza and maybe some other scrubs did that. Idk. Those are just my thoughts. I definitely feel that they handle things differently this time around. 😅

Goku should've mastered Super Saiyan God, Gohan might have already mastered Super Saiyan 2, and Gotenks should have mastered Super Saiyan 3. They robbed Goten and Trunks. How are we supposed to believe current timeline Trunks is going to live up to future Trunks' power?
The best way I can explain why he achieved Ultra Instinct again is that the Spirit Bomb already moved Goku's limit to the same level of that Spirit Bomb so he could already now achieve that level of power he can go past that there's a new level of power that is beyond their. And that level of power is ultra Instinct anything beyond the power of that Spirit bomb is basically Ultra instinct so if you look at it as a graph anything close to Goku's limit or Beyond can unlocked Ultra instinct. So fighting kefla someone that's making him reach his limit yet again is triggering ultra instinct because the door to ultra instinct is already open Goku just needs something to mentally trigger him to go beyond what he knows is his limit and that is ultra instinct
To name some of your points. The fusion in a fusion has happened before. Maybe not in a conventional sense but we've seen it with Piccolo and Nail, and then Kami. And then we see it again when Super Buu absorbed Gotenks and Piccolo, which was again, a fusion within a fusion. And another point, Vegeta actually HAD surpassed Goku. Twice really. In the Saiyan Saga Goku was not stronger than Vegeta, like at all. He could only compete in short bursts with Kaio-Ken because his power level was, at least according to the Manga, around over 5,000. IN anime it's 9,000. Where Vegeta's base power level was 18,000. Couple that with the fact he was absolutely slaughtered by Vegeta at Great Ape which was multiplied in power by a factor of 10, Goku was in no way stronger than Vegeta and only ever really bridged that gap in strength when he began his trip to Planet Namek. And then in the Cell Saga there was an episode where Vegeta had surpassed Goku as Super Vegeta. Though at this point Goku wasn't focused on increasing his raw physical strength but more his durability to sustain super saiyan without the need for rage.

Okay it says that even Destroyers even struggle with ultra instinct so you think goku is stronger than destroyers that can use ultra instinct and haki its just stated its hard for them to master it but they can use it so it's still a huge gap

does anyone know what he means when he says, "that's played" and "it's/that's peak" he usually says "that's played" after seeing someone do something cool. I imagine it means something like "well played" but I don't know and it could be british slang or whatever for all I know. It'd be nice to have a confirmation also I'm confused on "that's peak" the most recent video I've watched where he uses it is in king kong 2005 where kong is chasing white girls in the city looking for ann and he says something like, "if you're a girl with blonde hair, it's peak for you" I can't remember more specifics, my mind tells me that he's used it in situations that aren't necessarily bad though so I don't think it means something inherently negative, maybe more extreme? I could be misremembering though

Exactly, the worst characters and the most annoying characters in the series, Her going super saiyan alone is the shit thing, rewinding back all the way to dbz, goku achieved it through krillin getting obliterated, gohan was put through so much training where it’s like he’d die, vegeta nearly died by an asteroid and yet pushed himself more than anything, the only ones that were ass pulls were goten, trunks, but even then, I didn’t get as irritated when I seen caulifla get it and kale just by a ‘tingling’ feeling in their back 🤦♂️
