That gun is freaking awesome. So is your dog. I have a mccnab/b collie that looks similar to bear, he can understand just about every word of english you say and probably some spanish as well...smartest dogs in the world.
the arken zulus for 500 on blk fri sale is like looking at a computer screen, never ever will i look threw any kind of glass tube focus eye relief multiple lens no glass scopes are a joke compared to star wars level scopes for more money they get better 3k 4k get a ATN thermal however for 500 bucks out at 20X its super crispy and clean i would buy another one, i dont see any reason to use any kind of glass red dot lpvo or scope i would sell all those off on ebay to get more digital night vision or thermal scopes with laser range finding ballistic calculators automatic zero multiple reticles and no real eye relief issues looking at a computer screen not to mention record the shot with on board recording , all those other scopes are obsolete, as the picture quality and zoom of the 5x to 20x arken zulus is next level so much fun to shoot threw , wile those other scopes are a drag ,.
It's kinda true. I only use my ATN scopes for the most part now. When I'm shooting bench rest the clarity and added zoom of my Athlon Cronus BTR gne 2 4.5- 30 x my go to.
@@ShootingGearReviews yes ok fine , 1) vector continental 5xto30x56mm guy got 3rd place in some Olympic level shooting event = 1K // 2) your Athlon around 1.5K // 3) Valdada Recon G-2,, 4.8-30x56 40mm = 2.9K /// right all great scopes the companies are all welcome to give me one 4free i would shoot threw any of these scopes as i listed a great tear list around your scope 3 options 3 price points yes there are a lot of options for the moneys these are 3 scopes any one would be happy with were your getting great optics for your moneys so agreed on all that , however my points my point ,. im spending my moneys on digital night vision or thermal scopes, you say you have it all you have the option ! of shooting threw your ATN so great , i saw your video shooting about 400 yards threw the Athlon i like it ,. its just a little insane dealing with the bullet drop aiming 20 feet in the air to hit at the bottom of that target,,. OK So.. my set up ,. basically air gun only for many reasons.. 357 rattler Donny fl emperor taken apart and wrapped with canvas and tape then put back together to double the silence capabilities of the suppressor so the gun is ded silent you only hear the plink of the steel target, 110G dish cup NSA , i also had to deal with the regulator leak took a few months , added onto it obviously the 700cc tank , which ends up changing the way all the gauges work and read on the gun,, i shoot up high fully filled and i will most of the time keep my scuba bottle tethered to the gun and open making everything super even with this set up i can fill the larger 700cc tank not the 580cc up to closer to 4000psi and also run the regulator super maxed out into close to about HALF of the RED this way if i was not tethered the reg pressure is dropping slowly eventually a lot of shots later its down to a more normal level ,. it go-s UP because that is the option im running just one click open on the regulator past were it reads normal FULL pressure ,. im going one more click and with the big on board tank it pushes it way up there and the way i have it set up the gun can handle it ,. im shooting out to about were the bullet drop is around the size of a tall boy beer can and am willing to except with out laser range finding and ballistic calculations just using the retical in the scope to compensate that distance im willing to except that as around my maximum distance with the air gun , if i wanted to shoot a mile long distance im switching at that point to not a air gun or a shot gun ,. but like i was saying im good with that distance its great enough to stay with in and SHOOT,, and my only point is ,. the arken zulus for 500 bucks ded zeroed like watching a movie not like looking threw a scope this star wars level scope trumps all of it,. i wont go back ,, its a light weight as a L.p.v.o. half the size of the Athlon, will i buy another one next black friday with the laser range finder and ballistic calculator and probably a little more , yup because im shooting closer in around ruffly 200 yards with the air gun this scope is perfect 20X Cristal clear is plenty of zoom, i dont use the rubber lens cover thing better quality with out it, hey i had to wait 2months to get this scope i got the deal took some time to send it,. they have just hit the market in usa the reality is your going to get to shoot threw it one day maybe you have one all ready extremely easy scope to use and look threw and shoot threw very accurate pick a retical with all kind of hold overs on it if you really want to get crazy but there are a lot to choose from, i like the fine plex cross im getting a few of these then the thor 4 ATN thermal ware its really close to 4 grand if you want like 25x OR up to 40X magnification ,, its i can pretty much hit any all my shots with the Arken Zulus ,. i think the big benefit there would be very improved shooting at night never getting into using a external light with the thermal and that would be a feature i would like to keep and not compromise on and master day or night with no differences, cheers :)
You probably need a new valve seal or spring or pin or some component within the valve. That's what it sounds like to me. If you got it from the pellet shop just call them up or send them an email and I'm sure they will be able to get you the parts you need.
Will it drop a whitetail dude? Legal limit where I live is 400 FPE. It IS the perfect platform. “IF” I can find a short FAT can to keep it “QUIET”?! It will be PERFECT in .45 cal bud! It must be quiet enough to Zero, shoot, and get confident with IN my back yard. The can might end up the size of a cantaloupe but don’t care. Gotta have 400FPE to be legal and ultra quiet bro. 6.4 lbs💦 come on man…perfect!!!!💯😉
Simplicity is good, I made a low power version of this a long time ago by putting a foldable stock and longer barrel on an Artemis PP-700S-A in .22 so I understand why you like it. :-) There are a few guns that you can turn of the magazine feed like for example my little Lelya 2.0, very useful on a hunting gun. Nice review, thanks for sharing!
It does definitely have a push, especially on the first shot when you fill to 4500 PSI, that is. But it's not like a typical firearm because it's not as Snappy or harsh of a recoil it's more like a push or a thud.
@@ShootingGearReviews It just amazies me how far air rifles have come. I have been looking at gettign some sort of big bore air rifle just can't decide which one will really suit my needs yet.
