Grand Homes have been building fantastic affordable homes for years now. I was in Dallas for a possible relocation, and I toured many of there models around 1992~... loved them then and still luv them❤❤❤
They just sold a house in my California 92111 area over a million dollars. This feature place make the spot around the corner from me look like an unfinished garage, compared to this house. Oh I forgot the latter home is close to the beach. Location! Location! Location! Still not worth it…🤔☑️
I was thinking the same. The upstairs media area/breakfast area could have been another bedroom. A bit OTT on the communal spaces. Upstairs directly above the downstairs reception areas.
This house is absolutely FABULOUS. I smiled from the time you walked in that home and when the video ended my ass was still sming. I just don't see homes like this that have that type of effect on me. Is Grand homes only in Dallas?

1M gets you a 1,500 sq ft house in NYC that needs a gut reno. In Manhattan it gets you a one bedroom apartment (700 sq ft) A 2 family house in the hood is about 900k so this is a steal of a deal in my humble NYC opinion
Overall, I love this house. The pool could stand to be a lot bigger for me, I like to swim laps. That desk in the kitchen would have to go. Other than that, I could see me buying the house, if I had the money. Lol

@@basedoz5745 Yes you're right on that, but the main difference (at least for me) is that EVERYBODY want to live in LA and thats not posible, not to mention that Cali have more population than Texas, like forreal do ppl know that Sacramento exist?? But ppl live in Austin, Dallas etc is way more balanced there, thats why everything seems to be better there...

Wow wow wow! Beautiful! This is one of the many reasons why a lot of people including 80% of family and friends are fleeing the state of Hawaii. At this price we can only get 1/8 of this size either a old plantation style home or small condo.
I would Expand the pool and make a indoor pool out of it and in side of the indoor pool mini bar Shower station and some nice nice sun roofs on the indoor pool
