"Our custom build the Boehm sits on a 28’ Movable Roots trailer. Our goal with this home was to make it highly livable and ultra-modern in 265 square feet of space. The Boehm boast not only the Movable Roots signature main floor master but a guest loft as well. The master is separated by two ceiling to floor wood barn doors. There is a raised couch with a under storage dog bed as well as pull out tables for dining. The kitchen has Dekton countertops ample storage. There is a barn door separating the bathroom that has a walk-in shower with Dekton walls."

This home is trendy. I would prefer a downstairs master bedroom. Love the fixtures. I could see myself living here. I would need a trail run. So BnB I would need to do first.

Dr. Sass THANK GOSH I wasn't the only one with that same thought! I had to rewind 8 times & focus on the Windows & wall hangings to figure the layout!! Moved way to fast & didn't show all of the hidden treasures so you get a thumbs down on this one from me tiny homes! And again, NO $ for cost!

I do agree that it was too fast. I would rather it go slower, moving from one room to another and showing the features. I read that there is room for a dog bed under the raised couch, but I never see it. The features are what sells things, sometimes. The house is nice, though.

Place the living room at one end, that way you can have the sofa across the wall rather than along side it, this will provide more living space and eliminate the hallway feel most tiny homes have.

I don't care for the layout honestly but it is a nice house. It would be great for anyone who wants to live alone or a couple who does not want children. :) very pretty.

I really like this place, downstairs master/office, nice bathroom, decent kitchen. The only downside is the living/dining. You could get some kind of convertible coffee table to eat at but there's no place for a TV. Maybe this is for someone who's into reading, or maybe it would be better to do a single door/window instead.

It looks like there was a bedroom somewhere... but I couldn't see where it was in relation to the rest of the house. Was that the loft?

The bedroom you saw contains a Murphy Bed (folds out from the wall). The bottom of the bed is actually what that random, small, shelf is attached to. Then, the loft is accessed by the ladder that slides ober.

No, you're just proving trolls are idiots... Trailer park boom started in the 50's and the government had to start regulating them during the 60's and 70's... The HUD building code for manufactured houses was first established in 1976... Reagan wasn't president until 1980... Among a long list of other things you've gotten wrong... But hey, guess that comes with being a troll, just keep on spectacularly proving no one should ever listen to you!

gigi stoner ummm...I'm about as liberal as you can get, and I gotta say the statement that Reaganomics was the cause of trailer booms is way off the mark. The boom began in the 50s. HUD stepped in around 1976. Tiny homes are made with the same materials as regular homes. Mobile homes these days are made with again, the same materials and are called manufactured homes now. Tiny homes are usually under 400 square feet. Mobile homes are usually 800 to 2000.

Not my American dream, hate it. Great for a homeless bag lady. The wheels are ok to move from embarrassment. Would rather live in a garage with my front door opening with a remote and I could roll my motorcycle into my living room.
