Man I wish there was a way to have Enable on the show full time. He brings tons of laughs and also has some good talking points for everyone. I know 6 would be way too many but whenever someone can’t show up having him on as a replacement would be dope

@EarlobeJuice he's the most consistent cos he's got the easiest roll, put it this way last year when did dashy play the best when he was killwhoring. Kenny is currently killwhoring but he's too inconsistent through out a series. When you have a person going straight for kills they can't be inconsistent which is why nysl got top12 sib didn't show up. And why toronto won because scrap was frying same with faze. Optic have people.just filling roles for the sake of it but they don't actually play that way

Optic dropped envoy for shotzzy just for him to end up winning 3 majors + champs and be apart of what looks to be a potential dynasty, all while shotzzy in 3 years on optic has had literally 3 good tournament performances and is currently the most overrated player in the league and the worst player on his team lmfao😭 never change optic😂
Agreed i wanted Envoy instead of shotzzy he was my fav player during cold war. Pat's been bringing this up for years and everybody calls him faded lol need to stop saying hes a superstar and the ppl at Optic need to get on his ass, superstar potential is about it
That’s what happens when you get into more/extended gun fights because you aren’t finishing kills. You can tag a guy up and rechall each other and do a shit load of damage without ever getting a kill. And then you have pred just zapping people off the map up close
Shotzzy died over 10 times in HP and Control trying to make a sneaky play and get a spawn trap or flip spawns. When Kenny does it he is the MVP of the team 😂
I agree, shottzy needs to play more like envoy. Needs to play slower and play hill. The maps do not cater to being an elusive sub. He needs to slow way down and start playing more around the hill so dashy can play faster and a little more loose. It’s an AR heavy game and you have the best shot in the league sitting in hills and holding spawns, and you have the most hit or miss sub doing whatever he wants to do.
The biggest change this year is the amount of left and rights because of how many entries and doors or windows are in buildings. This ain't a sit on a heady kinda game, although it's very effective at times. Pred should always be first out he was #1 in the league last year in SnD. Kenny needs to be Main AR in this game
I feel it’s map dependent. For example, almost every hill on Terminal lock down the hill hold a headie watch the main entry and have one hold pinch. Maps like sub base tho I agree most of the hills have a lot of directions to watch and it gets chaotic.
Ultra is way ahead of everyone. They made FaZe look mid and OpTic would have had no chance imo. Scary when the raw talent on those two teams is arguably much higher. Shout out long neck for the W.
Clearly, when you look at Faze's roster, you wonder who could win just one map against them. Seriously, it's all elite players. And yet they managed to get rolled over so easily.

All the points they brought up about shotzzy are exactly why I would prefer he didn’t run the bomb, he loses his life in the worst spots in SND but it’s not the greatest having anyone else do it. Hope they make the adjustments for major 2.
With all the sympathy I have for him, he's really inconsistent and not on the same level as his team. Because, let's face it, Pred and Kenny were truly impressive throughout the major.

I know they'll all say "dashy shouldn't play like insight" and then "you cant play fast in this game shottzy needs to slow down" . And then for the ultra series they will PRAISE insights play style, and GLAZE CleanX for his blazing pace. Toronto literally set the meta for success in this game. Optic (whether intentionally or not) is imitating that same recipe and getting clowned for it. CleanX looked like he spawned in on advanced warfare on some maps, yet smgs "need to slow their pace in this game"...
Last year after they scapegoated Dashy twice, they pretty much forced him to change his playstyle because they made it clear that Shotzzy is the new face of OpTi and everything is being built around him. I love OpTic, but I really want to see Dashy leave and goto a team like ultra or NY and actually be able to play free and prove himself
Ultra are the only true S rated team rn, but Optic and Faze are definitely not far behind. Can’t wait to see the progress all teams make by the next major 🤙🏼
Dashy started playing slow in Cold War because that roster got flamed for ego calling now he's like Godrx slow asf. I've been preaching that if Dashy plays fast like Scrappy he'd be a top 3 player every season. He has to learn to be fast again which will take time. The dude has talent that 99.9% of pros will never have and it's being wasted.
Aches is spot on with OpTic. I hate not utilizing Dashy, he was at his best when he was active. Shotzzy needs to slow the fuck down, and play in the hill. Kenny needs to be the slow igl. You can’t have Pred and Shotzzy running around with 1 person in the hill. You need an AR in a headglitch on the hill and an SMG playing corners in and around the hill for trades.
Def the best episode this season so far. The friendly banter and good discussions with fun topics. I always like enable in the show since he so viby. Only thing I thought they miss but funny to think about they didn’t really talk about Toronto lmao they just said Insight went crazy, CleanX won mvp as a sub but no real flowers 💐 or deep dive lol it was more a Optic and Faze talk which was hella fun just funny to see

But ken has the experience of pacing himself as he's played both smg and AR in his career. Why make Bruce speed up when Kenny is natural at understanding the required pace for both an AR and smg?
@@mkwsoxfan Because dashy's natural role is playing a more fast pace AR like scrappy does. Dashy is being nerfed with the skills he actually has, this is what the flank spoke about. The way dashy plays rn is not how he used to play, he's better when he's able to play faster, this would also close the gap with shotzzy playing too fast and out of sync with his team (although he still needs to be smarter with his lives) At the end of the day it's not as simple as changing 1 player, the whole way they play around eachother needs adjusting. Kenny is the smartest of them all when it comes to gamesense, you want him to fit around his team because you can simply trust him the most to do what the team needs
This was an amazing major to watch, almost every match was interesting. Only thing that I am disappointed with is that we didn't see OpTic vs Ultra. I think Ultra would have smoked them just like FaZe did, but now we have to wait until March 10th to see that matchup. No FaZe vs NYSL for either.
I never thought I'd say this, but the NYSL game would have been totally uninteresting. At this major they seemed SO out of their shoes and so unconfident.

yes i agree the smg players on this game are made to play a more tactical / ratty play but also are made for hills and the AR's are for defending the hill and watching over the SMG players and they also open up the map for the smg's so they can start slaying.
also this past weekend faze got ran cuz they werent capitalizing on stacking the zones in control and Toronto saw that mistake and made them pay for it.
Dashy and Kenny need to switch and Kenny be the Main. Pred and Shotzzy need to switch and let Pred be first out. Pred was #1 in the league last year for most of the year in first bloods in SnD. Basically Shotzzy needs to slow down and Dashy needs to speed things up.
Shoutout to Lore Gaming. Didnt know most of the guys on that roster but when I watched them live (granted they got slammed in Grand Finals) they were really good and pulled off a lot of upsets. Congrats FCB though that team was disgusting through and through

scrap always having high damage regardless if he gets the kills is a tip to his awareness all of his fights are face to face noone is catching him unaware with his back turned and his shot kid doesnt miss
To be fair with the prize pool, you win 4 series and you win the event. However, I wish there could be longer/bigger tournaments with higher prize pools, or even just more Major’s throughout the year.

Plenty of room to improve and I’m sure they will figure it out. Real optic fans stand by their players not throw them to the wayside because a difficult major. Shottzy is an s tier smg and dropping him for another team would be insane.
The only thing im worried about when it comes to ultra is that they peaked really early and i feel like it will be hard to keep on improving for them, cause they literally played perfect. You have to think that ny, faze and optic will catch up sooner or later and they some how have to try and stay ahead

After NY got knocked out this is exactly how I thought it would end up, faze knocking out optic to losers, re-matching against faze, and optic getting 3rd, and faze going on to loose against Ultra. I feel optic placed where they deserved, they weren’t better than faze and they definitely aren’t better than TU, but it’s the first major be Interesting to see how this plays out over the rest of the year, I could easily see optic and faze also winning a major down the track. Great major all round though so many upsets made it interesting.
We don't know if they are better than ultra or not. They haven't played. Hopefully it's just faze own optic, optic own Toronto, Toronto own faze. That would be a dope thing to have this season

I've been a little skeptical of the Shotzzy and Pred duo since the team was formed, even though they're individually great. I think Shotzzy and Envoy might've been better together.
At the end of the day SnD and control need to be worked on for optic , game changes completely (except skidrow) in hardpoint for stage/major 2 so that doesn’t matter for now
Ultra alone is S tier at this time ans Faze are alone in their own tier then its the rest. Congrats to Ultra on the win. They're simple ahead of everyone.
My only problem with what Pat is saying about Dashy changing how he is playing, is who soaks hill time if Dashy isn't?? Dashy has such a good shot, and him being on the hill lets him post up and utilize his gunny. Nobody else has his level of gunny on the team so who do you put in the hill?
I think they over simplified it. The chances you have the same guy in the hill every time is obviously not possible. They’re a newly formed team with 2 completely new players. They need time to get use to each other and adjust. They probably have the least amount of time scrimmed out of all the top teams and still performed well off of indivualf talent. Once they put it together they will be fine.
