There is litterally NOTHING realistic about this :) TNT does explode to do damage and not to cause a fire, thus you dont get fireballs from it and black clouds neither. Also the speed of the explosion is much too slow. And that you can hear it just as it happens is also unrealistic because of the speed of sound in air...
