Like the tip regarding getting the hydration right by how the dough behaves when being kneeded at various speeds.I'll have to try it.I'm new to bread making so need all the help i can get!
The one I use is from Aldi, nothing special and has lasted about 4 years. must have made 300+ loaves of bread as well as cakes and biscuits. Probably won't last too much longer though. Really starting to struggle now.😊
@@DaMalat Thanks for prompt reply. I had a mixer years ago and gave away because I seldom used it. I now live on a boat so not much room for large appliances. I will continue by hand as good exercise & look forward to your next video 💕🦆
