I grew up on Vanilla, and i can say i thought i was playing on easy and i defeated seth after a couple trys. And my brother who was 15/16 at the time (who owned the xbox360) said i beat him on normal like him and i thought it was on easy 😅

I am secretly hoping seth returns in street fighter V. if M. Bison can return from being killed by akuma, what is stopping seth, who was originally a replacement body for M. bison? I actually really like seth as a character, most people don't. I mean, sure, he isn't as cool or memorable as sagat, M. Bison, or akuma before him (sf1, sf2, and ssf2t respectively) but he is still a neat villain. I mean. he is pretty much what perfect cell was to dragon ball. a character who is a hybrid of several main characters (in seths case it is guile, ryu, chun li, and dhalsim respectively) and he organizes a tournament to show off his power. the main difference though is seth is only one of 26 other clones, and seth himself is the only one to gain any sentience. the rest are mindless machines. ...now that i think of it. seth would make a great death battle opponent of cell.
Not to mention Chun-Li will be here for awhile and Seth is here to dominate Street Fighter and Let’s not waste anytime until Tomorrow that I am going for it.
The boss is another seth clone. Seth invested himself as clone to test himself. I don't know what i'm talking about. 😂 Seth is cooler than bison. I hope seth will be back to upcoming street fighter v DLC or street fighter 6. As main boss beside gill or shin akuma.

The reason why it's only dealing a little damage is because he keeps using the ultra combo at 50% gauge for the maximum damage you need the gauge at 100%. So actually it's not useless and you have no idea what you're talking about. And the reason sounds completely made up.
