Evoken can be used as the damege dealer and ui goku can be used as a sniper.

It's kinda the same strat as droids, MVP17 is the same obviously but UL UI is like the gammas with high damage and decent combo length, the main difference is UL UI has 3 ultimates while tag gammas have their limit breaker While evoken is a parallel to FC cell, they both combo a really long time, especially if they get their GRNs. So I'd say the team is viable as it follows the same idea as droids.

i mean evoken are god ki saiyan son family uni rep and blast based UUI is a god ki saiyan son famil uni rep and blast based hes yellow so he covers them they should work together rather nicely but i think evoken being a ramp up unit would need to start the combo for a while but uui just does the combo by himself not givin em time to shine

Wdym they don't work together? Together, they're part of the best team in the game. Both are blast based characters. Evoken can bring your opponents units down to low HP, and UI can snipe them. You're not gonna be using UI for long periods of time, especially in the early game, if you do, you gonna waste the cover change prevention. Its best used in the mid/late game. Evoken is the perfect early game character. With UUI's combo exit, they're unstoppable. UUI, Evoken, and LF 17 is the best team in the game, although i personally replace 17 with tag goku and bardock cause i have them at higher stars than my 17.
