Yo! So sorry I’m really lagging on this one I’m trying to get it out. Spoiler is that I’m keeping both but for different reasons. The Ring Air is great for circadian rhythm, sleep tracking, when you should have caffeine and what phase of the day I’m in. The WHOOP is probably better if you’re an athlete and need training and recovery metrics. I love both for different things. For your casual wearer the Ring Air wins for intense or endurance exercise type folks the WHOOP
Yo! Justin, actually looking at getting that out in the next week or two. Gotta compile some data and get it all worked up into some sort of video that makes sense and is interesting. If you want the spoiler: I’m going to keep using both the Ring AIR and my WHOOP. Both provide very different value and now that I have the Ultrahuman I don’t know how I managed my circadian rhythm without it!
@@WaltDoesBikes man love to hear that! Thanks for the spoiler and super excited to watch the review. Keep going strong brotha and #embracingthejourney!
Would really like to hear your comments on this ring as I’m thinking of purchasing one! Want to use your discount code but waiting for your honest review first! Thanks!
Not sure. You could always actively disconnect it from your phone via the Bluetooth settings on there. Not sure why you’d want to do that over just leaving it at home on the charger though. And by individual sensors I’m not sure what you mean, it’s one sensor.
@@WaltDoesBikes Oura has a setting for disabling Heart sensor , Airplane mode reduces sar value massively ,disabling all radiations caused through bluetooth emission
Hey! They send you a ring sizing kit when you place your order then you should be able to put that into the app and update your order and they’ll ship out the real thing. Their customer service is super responsive if you have questions 😊
