Yea, it's confusing but Panic Betrayer really reminds me of Untitled (aka Hell's Keep) from Doom, and by extension Pantera - Mouth for War, which the Doom track was based on. When you actually listen to them side by side, Panic Betrayer sounds nothing alike. But in the game, it just feels like they both fulfill that same role of just "run as fast as you can and destroy everything." There's at least *something* similar in the way they are arranged in some parts. Guitars interrupted by sudden DUNDUNDUNs.

unfortunately not that many other ultrakill remixes out there but hopefully more people will make similar stuff in the future! think there's a lot of room for fun sounds in the soundtrack

yeah that melody was really fun to work on, the first half and latter half of this are basically whole different songs since they were done a year apart and it shows lol first half is almost more of a cover latter is more of its own with unique parts

@@EpicTkoWko wasnt sure what to call it but thought of melody at first but thanks for confirming (i kinda like seeing the music stuff and wanna start making but dont have anything to work with) anyway i agree and both halves combined make... a remix? yay ;D and even i really like the very first what do you call it mute? feels like launching out of water and start demolishing everything oh wait i just heard the melody in this bass there, amazing 2:10 (only thing i wanna say is its missing the best part which is the last part (like you know with the screech of going insane lol) in the original one) (its just pure anger, madness. and i love it, but it doesnt matter anyway cuz the remix is still really cool glad you could finish it;)
