Ultraman Anime Version Diecast Threezero 1/6 Scale Figure Unboxing & Review 

Always watched the Ultraman stuff ever since I was a kid. Though, I never had a figure of it.

I definitely agree with the lifeless eyes when the lights aren’t on. Really, that’s always my pet peeve with figures that have light up eyes in general, that is when the lights are off the eyes look lifeless or deactivated, they definitely should’ve gone with painted frosted white for the eyes just to breathe some life into the eyes so the eyes aren’t sacrificed and so you don’t have to keep the lights on 24.7

Yeah the anime is amazing it just sucks that next year will be the last season. I really like how the figure looks. I wish they would of included a open face plate to show shinjero. Have the Ace and Taro come out yet, is zoffy coming out?

Are you planning to buy the tiga and zero ver.?

Ig when you are talking about the eyes, Moroboshi, Taro and Ace do have big eyes which would've looked weird if they hadn't painted it. But ig, Shinjiro doesn't have the typical eyes up until his final suit up in season 3.

Got to love these threezero figures. They are all amazing and the price is great for figs liken iron man, to transformers,gi joes to ultraman etc. only thing that gets me is no stands,c granted glad the transformers dlx do have stands

I prefer and got the ThreeZero Ultraman Ace Suit myself. Something about the suit design just clicked with me.

As always, thank you so much for your review. I think you are the only reviewer that mentions problematic materials regularly. I always worry with leathery pieces and to a lesser degree some use of Vinyl/Rubbery plastics. Candy red paint on "rubber" is a deal-breaker for me, after Hot Toys Iron Man and Storm Collectibles Sektor, I don´t wan to worry about the paint fading anymore. ThreeZero is my favorite manufacturer. I have all of their Robo-DOU EVA, DLX Marvel and Bumblebee movie Transformers . None of them has this kind of enginnering. It feels like a step back, imo, as I really can´t see any advantage. I just don´t understand why they didn´t use some of those figures torso engineering here. The rubber pieces don´t improve anything over the segmented pieces used on figures like Optimus, the EVAS and Mk 43, quite the opposite, the segmented pieces give the figures a really mechanical/armored feel. Sadly, I´ll have to pass them. I just watched the anime last week and even though my scale is usually 1/12 for human sized characters, I was going to make an exception for these, being ThreeZero. I´m glad I saw your review before pulling the trigger.

Question... 12" is not 1/6 scale. An ultraman is 40meter tall. 262in is the correct height. Why does 3zero call it 1/6 when it's not. Explain.......
