Ultraman Geed's Real Form.
Fukuide Kei mission is to cultivate available Little Star and use them to activate Ultra Capsules. Unfortunately for him, Little Star can only be transfered to an Ultraman. Some time after the Crisis Impact incident, Fukuide Kei has created a clone that can transform into Ultraman, using genetic material donated by Ultraman Belial.
In the form of a baby, the clone was left at an observatory above their base of operations. After being discovered by the observatory crew, he was named Asakura Riku by the local administrator, Sui Asakura.
Belial and Kei put their long term plan into motion by having Riku fight against monster attacks while harvesting the Ultra Capsules from Little Star hosts.
