I'd say Trigger's whole screentime in 2-3 episode of Decker is a thousand time better than in his 25 episodes of his own show. It truly is the most wasted next gen Ultra season imho , even more than Taiga and R/B.
Hm new generation gaia is actually purely Taguchi's denial as Gaia is too good and too expensive to be made in this era, moreover if the series of new generation gaia were to be realized, it'll bring gaia's big name and if it turned out to be bad many will be disappointed. Plus Tsuburaya is no longer own by Tsuburaya, 49% of Tsuburaya is owned by Bandai and the other 51% is owned by Field Corporation after the Chaiyo Incident that almost bring Tsuburaya completely bankrupt. So blazar has no interference from bandai and is purely Taguchi's idea
@@JingLiuNo1Simp That just shows that Gaia is difficult to be reimagined in the modern era. The series has an overarching plot that many Ultras at the time didn't have where, you can watch just the pilot eps then skip many eps into the final arc and would not miss out on the main plot. But Gaia's story is constructed so that the majority of it's eps has connection between another, thus making it an interesting story and one that's adviced to be viewed without skipping. Another difficult part about Gaia that's hard to be reimagined is the human aspect of the story because we don't follow the story purely from the Task Force's POV but rather from many different people outside of XIG to really drive how Ultraman in that show means alot to the people around him.

While there’s no denying that Ginga brought Ultra franchise back into the game, it’s also a fact that TsuPro has almost no budget for Ginga at that time. The shooting is mostly at the school, Ginga fights are mostly on green fields etc. Maybe they felt bad for Victory, so they just gave him a mini-series focused on him. Maybe it’s because Tsuruno talks something about China? I forgot the details.

@@Pikoz Nah he wasn't connected to the cult. He had spoken a few things about the way China runs its stuff which wasn't liked by China or something like that. He is still doing other Ultra series related stuff like Live Shows etc. I guess he was somewhere else during Decker. Maybe that's why he couldn't return.

Honestly, i am surprised how hated Trigger was by the fans. Personally, i enjoyed it but boy... The fandom.. like the what? I was even called names just for liking Trigger. 🤦
@@VPX-711 it’s one thing the main character is already unbearable to watch, but the rest of the cast are just bystanders with hardly any character development. Not even the villains were interesting. All the series focused on was more action and flash.
