@@magentacyan6086 Sorry, but if you listen carefully, they use the term 母子寮 (Boshiryou), which has been translated at the subtitles as “children's homes”, although it is not the most appropriate term. You can find the same ideograms (kanji) at the sign at 4:45. And in all the summaries of this episode in Japanese, this place is stated as such. You may research about 母子寮 and find out yourself what it means. Even though nowadays it is called 母子生活支援施設 (Boshi Seikatsu Shien Shisetsu). By the way, you should be more polite when talking to people online (and offline, too) since you don't know what I look like or even if I'm a man or a woman. I'd say it's because Father of Ultra basically doubles as Santa, and Minami's just hanging out on the moon so he might as well pick her up on his way to Earth XD
