Tbh I was worried about not finding a evil Ultra like Belial ever again but Tregear I think is one of the best in terms of power but he’s more manipulative than Belial

Tregear is the feeling of betrayal due to Ultraman Hikari's fallen into vengenance and darkness as we saw in Mebius and Ultra Galaxy Fight , that time caused Tregear to judge things by darker view as he now believes darkness has more power and light is useless Belial is just simply jealously as he started being much stronger than Ken ( Ultra Father ) but later when Ken was buffed by Marie ( Ultra Mother ), who is also Belial's crush, Ken has surpassed Belial and later taken away both the title Commander of Ultras and Marie (Ultra Mother) which are Belial's life goals
