Ultrasound wave is "sound waves with frequencies higher than the upper audible limit of human hearing". Guess what sound is? sound is "a vibration that propagates as an acoustic wave, through a transmission medium such as a gas, liquid or solid." Your products use ultrasonic transducers to create the resonance, this product uses an unbalanced motor to achieve the same resonance.
They are totally different. The type of device shown in this video uses a cam rotated by a small motor run by a AA or even AAA battery. It's probably rotated at several hundreds of RPM. The ultrasonic frequency is typically around 30,000 to 50,000 Hz. That's per second. The device in the video is basically a vibrator. @@Alhussainba
