Great Video! As an injection tool maker I have seen many applications with ultrasonic welding and on different Ultrasonic machines. I would recommend not wasting your money on cheap welders as they tend to go wrong very easily and you don't get the support. I now work only with Rinco ultrasonic machines as they are very reliable and the Rinco team are always on call for any questions
Ive worked with many plastic ultrasonic welding brands in the past, I now only deal with Rinco. Personally by far the best and most reliable to get the problem solved.
I work with these things on a daily basis. What I was told is that the complete transducer, amplifier and horn are balanced to the generator. So we can't exchange the generator to a other one. While the horn itself is detachable we may not use a different one. We're told it is all one setup and nothing is exchangeable. The worse thing about this is it's from Chinese manufacturer that sells these low quality product to the company i work at. 😔
What is important factor during ultra sonic. I have some process problem about ultra sonic. We are not have perfect fixture. Is it improtant factor right?
there i a lot about how it works not so much about what to adjust to get get what results example if some parts are not welding what happens if i decrease the pressure or increase the time.
they look exztremely secure and cheap to run, does anyone knows if i'm correct, and if is posible to have a small one??? maybe from a two sided aproach
