One correction...holding the on-off button down for 2 seconds turns the level light on and off... otherwise great video. Totally agree that two dots on a single pin would be perfect!
Have used the accutouch Carbon pros on all my rigs since they came out & never a issue with there ring pins . Was curious how you blew out 2 of them on the 41 housing ??
Hands down my favorite scope/site. I have the target scope and hunting scope. Best money I've spent. Just waiting on my axcel accutouch pro carbon dove tail extension.
Yes more consistent content. Being its called whitetail fit im sure everyone would like to see a fitness video atleast once a month. Training for season like elk shape, cam hanes and the other shows. Good stuff so far tho man.
Love my accutouch pro but I took the 3 pin housing off and went back to a single pin as well. Built a shrewd optum 40 housing for it. Way brighter fiber in a stout, sleek and customizable housing.
Awesome review ! Can you do a long term after a few months, I wonder the durability of this scope. I have a spot hog xl double pin and enjoy the bulletproof Build, I wonder how this will hold up, definitely a cool concept wish I had money to get another bow and put this on it 😂
The one thing I have to say about these so called scopes . They are not scopes they have no magnifying element until you spend more money to add that to them . I’m not just talking about this brand . They are sights with a pin in a housing until you add to them .
like you I also wanted to buy a light kit for my spothogg and thought to myself for a few bucks more.... pretty much just a few bucks haha I could just buy the v3 which will come with other options other than just a light with wires
Awesome scope. I cut off the wrap that's around the pin and took off the little tube holding the fiber. Put a dab of glue to hold the fiber against the back of the pin. Way nicer sight picture that way.
@@WhitetailFit gotta try it man. I started with a trufire thumb button then the sear got ahold of a ultraview hinge and it’s the smoothest shooting release I’ve tried
This was the initial thought first researching new scopes, but honestly it’s pretty fairly priced for what you’re getting in terms of high end housings. Plus if you research good light kits the cost upwards and above $120, with a bunch of wire going everywhere and awkward mounting. Said and done as a complete scope kit with many options and a sealed light kit, it’s pretty fair prices in my opinion 👍🏼
@@WhitetailFit yeah your right. I wish they sold a sight bar to go with it. It only fits on certain sights. It's alright if you have a sight it already fits on.
High end sight housing aren't cheap but they're worth the money if you shoot regularly and expect a quality piece to last. My Optum 40 sight housing was probably pushing 200 once i finished building it. And that doesn't include the sight kit. It's a great housing though.
I hope the third model has a lot better lighting than the first. The first isn't near bright enough to use in the bright sunlight for 3-d. Maybe just fine for indoor league? I basically wasted nearly $200 as far as I'm concerned. I will never buy from them again. Hope you have a lot better results with this new model.
