He was able to do this really well in June of last year’s side quest with the Wiccan striker. Got a power efficiency buff and save half power on specials. Super cool.

I may be wrong, but somewhere I saw information that the higher the rank, the greater increase in energy gain from hits and 1 rank, for example, you won’t do something like in the video.
@@epicosexio yeah just his sp1 is enough to kill rol wolverine without any relic. Now with relic it's obviously more powerful but this is not useful in bg, incursion and can't do in many act 8 fights and stuff so I don't think it needs a nerf...
