After the defeat of GALACTUS in the Revenge for Earth series. Tony Stark recovered Loki's scepter from the moon after the great battle with GALACTUS! With Tony Stark feeling insecure about threats appear to be in the vast reaches of space! He creates the Ultron protocol in hopes to create a suit of armor around the world.
With the helps from Peter Parker (Spiderman) the two successfully create Artificial Intelligence using the Mind-Stone embedding a synthetic made gem stone that harnesses the power of the Mind-Stone in turn creating Vision! In a freak accident the source power from the Mind-Stone gets embedded into Iron Man's working drone causing a shift in its computing awakening Ultron.
The Avengers are spread thin with new enemies, Captain America has been tasked by Nick Fury in capturing TaskMaster who is buying and selling Super Soldier Serum that was created by the Russians for Winter Soldier.
With Captain America not knowing Iron Man's plot to help create a suit of armor around earth, lines and teams begin to form as Captain America sees Tony Starks madness in trying to protect the World.
Ultron is able to discover hidden secrets from each member of the Avengers only being able to realize that he can pit the team against each other by revealing a major secret Iron Man has been keeping for years.
