Ulwe is just hype created by the the builder and brokers lobby. People are expecting 1cr plus for a proper 2BHK in a location which doesn't even have a petrol pump. Secondly the trans harbour link which these people keep talking about, the toll is expected to be around 250 bucks one way. Good luck paying 500 bucks plus petrol for a trip to South Mumbai.
I know there is no petrol pump but still ulwe is one of the best location in Navi Mumbai, compared to other location. If you don't have money to buy then go to shilphata, taloja, dronagiri or For the cheapest price you can go to Neral.
The fact that this guy used “bucks” Instead of Rs damn you have become cool and still can't afford to pay the toll is something that makes me chuckle about it
There are many stone crushers in Ulwe area. Due to continues blasting, staying in building becoming very unsafe. Keep this in mind before purchaing homes in Ulwe. I am regretting now.
Be careful before buying any residential or commercial property in Ulwe. When we visit Brokers / Builders office as a buyer, they are showing the positive side of investing in Ukwe to sell their products at higher price. When we visit them as a seller, they are showing the negative side of Ulwe to sell the property at lower price. Brokers are not satisfied with their 2% commission in Ulwe, they want their commission much much more than what Investors are gaining. They do not care for investors are gaining or losing. I am very much concerned about the investors / consumers who have purchased the property on loan. They are the victim and getting exploited in this real estate market.
Not Investors Sir, Builders and Brokers have increased the price unnecessarily. If the Investors get the product at higher price then obviously he will sell it at high price. I agree with your point that prices have been increased unnecessarily.
You will gain not lose bro It's nearby airport, upcoming metro, two railway station, jnpt port and many other smaller ports, 30 mins from Mumbai and ten from belapur Nerul. Plus it has no slums. What more do you want
I think sunrise chs in ulwe is good cos they have 2 bhk all including at just 80 lack and it is center of ulwe at sector 9 and connectivity is goid and all buyed just a week ago
