The Umarex Colt Government 1911 A1 is a pleasure to own and shoot, you can really tell this is a quality gun from how smoothly it operates and the confidence it gives you even just holding it in your hands. This well made airgun has been around since the late 90's and even today holds it's own. It may not have a working blowback design or drop out magazine but as far as being a top notch airgun made for shooting and enjoying for years to come, it definitely succeeds in that category.

Thats amazing condition for a gun that's probably 20+ years old. They are still made but only in black, at least here in the UK. I've painted white dots on my sights, which makes them much more visible. BTW, please dont close the action by pressing the business end of the barrel, that a big no-no!

What a nice gun and case,it looks like We The People.Myself I don’t discriminate,I inspect the gun oil it and shoot the Shyt out of it and that’s not even real 1911 I see 8 shots rotating magazines.I am not saying it’s not real,it’s just pellets gun in 1911 disguise.I have about 50+ guns and you think I will Baby them 😂😂😂😂😂😂like Shania would sing “ you must be joking right “

I have this gun. My Father purchased it on May 13 th 2022. He passed it on to me. I am having some problem with the trigger action. With both safeties disengaged, the hammer does not draw back into the locked position either in single or double action. Consequently, the gun will not fire. (Brand new co2 installed. I called Colt mfg in Hartford CT which is listed on the back of the safety and instructions manual and they act as though they have nothing to do with it and were no help referring me anywhere else. It seems to be a nice piece and I would like to fix it if possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am in AZ.
