again this time in 50 cal we smash a large 8x8x16 cinderblock with 50 cal 12g lead rd balls and hollow point slugs as well as 8.4g steel bearings and made easy work of the block. first couple shots were around 124 joules and then back to around 110 joules and stayed consistent

Not gonna lie, but I'd be scared to be firing anything at a cinder block due to the ricochets. A month or so ago I was shooting the 50 Joules HDX at the target trap I built for it and one of the 4.6 gram Homewrecker Busting Balls missed the target and hit the concrete wall behind the target trap and shattered into at least 9 pieces that I could find. I'd never seen a round shatter like that. I've had them split, crack, or get dented for sure, but never shattered. I've never actually used aluminum or steel rounds as they can damage the barrel over time and I'm not blessed enough to be able to take my launchers apart and fix them so I play it safe with the lighter rounds. Edit: Gotta say I love that wall of launchers 😍

If you're running hpa and steel balls through a hdp50 with no restrictors and tuning barrel do i need to put rhe power kit in it or is a upgraded detent good enough? Thanks

You got some lead coins now! Crazy energy for a paintball "pistol". Seems like the lead projectiles are not re-usable with that power/target combination.😆 The AK on the wall at 13:56, is it an airgun of some sort or is that the airsoft gun for future purposes? Nice piece of video, thank you for sharing! 🙏👍

Nice video, thanks Jeff ! I guess it's filtered by the microphone : what about the noise ? I got a set up on a HDR.50 - largely inspired by your videos - but that thing is noisy as hell even though it's "only" delivering 85 joules in its current state...

Go to Quattrovolante and get a insulated silencer. Great prices. Not mock silencers. Another top tip, try not to have concaves in the back of projectiles, it creates a deafing pop! They can be easily modified. Mine is down to 90 dB. I don't know how loud it was originally, but it was shotgun loud! Any questions, just ask 😉

@@-hopstar- Thanks Bro ! I'll have a look at that. I most often shoot spherical projectiles but even in that case its litteraly deafening (more than any other airgun i own). Have a nice one ;-)

devastator is concave, I didn't notice any notable differences.@@-hopstar-

@@hardairsoftmode I make ammo. I used to leave a concave/space in the rear of it to catch more air. I found out by making it flush at the rear the sound was greatly reduced. Like popping your finger out the side of your cheek. And zrams the same, being virtually hollow. I would always fill them with something to save my ears! I suppose there are different variables. I make devastors in my mould. Absolutely the best design I have made. Amazing penatration when the ball bearing leaves the outer jacket

124 joules where it's legal.... my kid got hurt due to third parties negligence and i waited 3½ hours getting thru "911" to make a report, if someone comes up to my door with "intent" i'm not gonna hold an eggplant and wait 3½ hours
