@@sgoswami9205 change is very subjective...a person's response to a different environment is very unlikely to be similar atleast on the surface level but deep inside the plot being similar in both the series also has the almost same reaction on the part of the protagonist...however not identical in every aspect. I don't exactly know in what sense u are talking of change..so any further comment would be unnecessary. But just like Sachiv ji,, srk's character has almost the same reaction on being put to a village like this...it is interesting to know that although both are similar on many context but not identical and hence the freshness. Sachiv's way of dealing with the complexities of a simple life of a village is not anyway less in any context.

I know right. Even i had the same thoughts whille watching this... Shahrukh Khan was so natural and the script is so simple yet beautiful ❤️ But in so many Bollywood movies SRK has done over acting... I think Bollywood Masala movies ruined him and he's forgotten his real essence of acting!

Ankur Chanda True.. i was surprised to know that there had been such kind of a show on a banker. There is no focus on a bankers life anywhere. These days its even more difficult than it has been shown here. Only a banker knows.

This serial so ahead of its time and progressive. If our govt makes such an arrangement to employ fresh bank employee, teacher, and medical professionals to serve rural areas for atleast one year, rural people won't migrate to urban places.....India will be sure economically independent. I’m an old white woman in the USA who loves Shah Rukh beyond measure, as tho he were one of my sons. I wish I could understand whatever language is being spoken in this movie or that there were subtitles. Ni modo…..doesn’t matter. You can just watch him. Yes, he’s always had a natural flair for acting which was compounded by his ability to relate to people and his intelligence. I own and love most of his movies. I think My Name is Khan is an example of his finest acting. One of my favorite characteristics of mi hijo (a term of endearment meaning my son) in his movies is how he brings out the best acting of his heroines, all of them! I have only two negative comments: Shah Rukh’s smoking terrifies me. I’ve heard he quit, but I don’t know for sure. The other comment has to do with the entertainment industry and audiences. There’s way too much violence. Seeing so much violence inures people to violence, plus once the brain is stimulated by or excited in x level of violence, it gets habituated and requires more or worse violence in order to be equally stimulated. So much violence also programs people to have violence be a go-to option, just like seeing a commercial hundreds of times plants the seed of wanting or believing in that product. I hope mi hijo will consider other films with healthier messages for society now that he’s made his comeback for audiences with Pathaan and Jawan after India let him down with Zero. Hopefully Shah Rukh has many more years of productivity to spread his love, compassion, example of what it means in real life to be a man, a husband, a dad, and more. I love him so much and am so proud of him. I also hope the nationalism in India, the racism and religion hatreds, the casteism die down and India finds her way to tolerance and genuine taking care of her millions of people.
