Dear Vargis, Thank you so much for sharing Leh to Umling. It was a memorable journey. I know I will never be able to go to such altitude of 19.024 fit. Thanks shain
Any difficulty in oxygen, headache or breathing? Is it safe if you were already gone in changla or khardungla, so will I able to go?because I feel little headache when I cross these passes.. like baralacha top , kahrdugla
No difficulty but then I was in Ladakh for over a month already before I went to Umling La. If you already feel difficulty at other passes, better to not go to Umling La
Very nice video Vargis bhai. Have been referring your blog for a few years now. Good to see your YT channel as well 🙂 Quick questions if you can help: 1. Is it possible to do this trip to Hanle in a FWD / 2 wheel drive car? 2. From Hanle towards Manali, would it be possible to drive to Jispa in 1 day or should I plan only till Sarchu?
Bhai, Super video and great drive. I am planning to visit Leh Ladakh including Uming La this August with my THAR CRDE , just want to know do I need to use Anti Freeze Engine Oil or Anti Freeze Coolant as I am coming from Kerala, Hope you will advice?
Bhai , can you please advise on this?. If we take permit from Leh , can we use the same permit for visiting Pangong Lake , Hanle and Uming La pass ? After that we are planning to proceed to Manali .
@@VargisKhan Is it easier to do the Umling La- Nurbu La- Hanle direction? In that case Hanle- Photi La (now I heard Photi La is full black topped and uphill drive is comparatively easier than before)- Umling La- Nurbu La- Hanle will be an easier circuit to drive?
Bro my itinerary would be Pangong to Hanley and i will try to reach Hanley by 1 pm. Will it be possible to cover Umling la on the same day? I don’t want to complete the circuit which side would take much lesser time?
Correct Bhai ... I went the other way round but the road via Nurbu La is still the same as in this video. The climb is a little difficult from that side whereas the road from Photu La side is all tarred now.
@@VargisKhan thank you sir but one catch is there wid photila pass route that there is a police check post which doesn’t all the tourist to go to umling la ..i have seen a video where a guy is telling about this checkpost.. is this true ?
