The key is to add the perfect amount of sugar, not too less not too much. For dry nuts I’d suggest using pistachios mostly or you can walnuts, almonds or cashew as well. Ingredients: Any type of puff pastry, bakarkhani, or even croissants! I used Dawn’s Bakarkhani (6) Milk 1.5 liters Condensed milk about half a cup (use as per your taste) Green cardamom powder a pinch or 4 whole Heavy Cream (1 packet/1 cup) Dry nuts/fruits as per your taste Recipe: Boil you milk, add cardamom powder, cream and condensed milk and let boil for 10 minutes on medium low flame. Layer your puff pastry on a serving try and add half the prepared milk mixture. After 15 minutes, add the rest of the milk and refrigerate for 3 hours. I tried this recipe on Eid,it was delicious, everyone loved it and yes, it’s quite easy to make. Thank you for sharing ❤ But one question, Actually in UK I can’t find thick cream, the cream wasn’t thick enough, so it took me a lot of time to make it thick, can I use something to make it thick?
Omg your comment made my day!! Thank you for trying❤ So you can use heavy cream which is typically thick, also you can cook the milk mixture for longer (as you did) until it becomes thick. As a side note, the milk mixture does not necessarily have to be super thick, because it automatically becomes thick once you pour it on the puff pastry. Hope this helps. Salam❤
